Privacy Policy

Free users: nothing. State law lookup is fully local — no account, no analytics, no data leaves your device.

Premium users: we store a device identifier, your platform (iOS/Android), and a push notification token on our servers. This is the minimum required to send you law-change alerts. We also receive a RevenueCat subscriber ID to verify your subscription.

When you enable state-crossing alerts (premium), your device checks your GPS position locally using on-device polygon math. Your location is never sent to our servers. The background location permission is used exclusively on-device to detect state transitions.

• RevenueCat — subscription management. Subject to their privacy policy.
• Apple / Google — push notification delivery. We do not control their data practices.

We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or sell any data to any third party.

Device records are retained while your subscription is active. If you cancel, your record is deleted within 90 days. You can request immediate deletion by emailing us.

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
